Improve your flexibility and along with it, your performance! Warm up, work, and stretch your muscles. Learn about safe stretching, activities you can continue at home to maximize your flexibility, and work through new positions to help improve both your skating skills and your scores!

Requirements:
Skater must have been enrolled in a minimum of 2 LTS sessions since September 2023 (may include current session and session of ice show) OR must have coached or assisted a minimum of 2 LTS sessions OR must be a regular year-long Open Figure Skater and be enrolled in ice show session of LTS)
Young children should wear gloves, a sweater, and a jacket (no snowsuits). It is the recommendation of Learn to Skate USA & the Ozaukee Ice Center that participants also wear a helmet.
1. Before the first class, please pick up your child's nametag at the lobby entrance.
2. Prepare your child for class. Put on gear and skates. (Skate rental is in the North Lobby.
3. Skaters line up at the North entrance to the rink arena where their instructors meet them.
Parents, please be seated in the bleachers or lobby.
